By accessing our website or subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

InvestFlow Leads provides subscription-based seller intelligence, market targeting, workflow infrastructure, and lead acquisition support for real estate investors and agents. Service features vary by plan tier and confirmed market coverage.

InvestFlow Leads provides residential seller intelligence, property analytics, evidence-based lead qualification, and agreed email acquisition support. InvestFlow Leads does not guarantee lead volume, appointments, transactions, revenue, or investment results. Results vary based on market conditions, customer participation, response handling, service configuration, available data, and other business factors.

You must be at least eighteen years of age and legally able to enter into contracts. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity conducted under your account.
• Providing accurate and current account information.

Market coverage is organized by county and is subject to availability, plan tier, and launch phase. Listed markets do not guarantee availability, and final eligibility is confirmed during onboarding. Coverage may be adjusted with notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Conduct outreach that violates telemarketing, messaging, or consent requirements.
• Resell, sublicense, scrape, or redistribute platform data without authorization.
• Interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the platform.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring that their campaigns, contact lists, communications, licenses, and business practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.

InvestFlow Leads configures communication workflows to support applicable disclosure, suppression, opt-out, and consent-management requirements. InvestFlow Leads does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that any campaign or communication is compliant in a given jurisdiction.

Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable terms. Pricing is subject to change with notice.

The platform, its software, content, branding, and underlying methodologies remain the property of InvestFlow Leads and its licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services during your subscription term.

Our services incorporate third-party data and integrations. Availability and accuracy vary by source and market, and we are not responsible for third-party content, services, or interruptions.

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. InvestFlow Leads does not provide legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvestFlow Leads will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts paid by you for the services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that creates legal or operational risk. You may cancel your subscription in accordance with the applicable billing terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, unless a different dispute resolution process is specified in your subscription agreement.
